Delete your account & data

This page explains how to delete your Centli account and all the data associated with it, exactly what gets removed, and the few things we're required to keep. Centli is the app published by 88KB (package com.baljeet.kbfinances).

1. Delete your account (removes everything)

You can delete your account and all of its data directly inside the app — no need to contact us:

  1. Open Centli and go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to the Danger zone.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

If you have an active Centli Pro subscription, cancel it first in your app store's subscription settings — store subscriptions are billed and managed by the store, not by us.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account is immediate and permanent. We erase everything tied to your account from our systems:

There is no recovery after deletion. If you'd like a record first, you can generate PDF reports of your accounts and ledgers from the app before you delete.

2. Erase your data but keep your account

If you'd rather start fresh without deleting your whole account, use Reset all data:

  1. Open Settings → Danger zone → Reset all data and confirm.

This permanently erases your transactions and related data from your device and our cloud, but keeps your account so you can keep using Centli with a clean slate.

3. What's retained, and for how long

After you delete your account, a small amount of data may remain, only where we're required to keep it:

We do not sell your data, and none of the above is used to identify you after deletion.

4. Lost your device?

Your account isn't tied to one device. If you lose access, just install Centli on another device and sign in with the same Google or Apple account — your data comes with you, and you can delete everything from Settings → Danger zone as described above.
